Time person of the year

I got this link from The Unofficial Apple Weblog. Steve Jobs has missed TIME person of the year award once earlier.

Looks like because of Harry Potter fans he might miss it again. I think Jobs and Apple have really affected new and lives of people. I request to vote for him here

I, for some reason, feel "the google guys" and "mother nature" the two most worthy choices...

we'll give Jobs a lifetime achievement award sometime in future... :P

I can't believe what I just read. You know the reason for my disbelief :-)

As far as 'newsworthy' is concerned nothing beats Mother Nature. But "the google guys" weren't even close to Jobs this whole year (in making news).

Steve has influenced many lives with iPod. I am voting for Steve Jobs. Have a look at this Macintosh Users Group - India

ammm.. he has? I have an ipod and my life hasn't really been influences except in the sense that my bank balance in now 380 dollars less than what it should've been.. :(

nothing against Jobs, though. Just that I don't buy into the ipod hype (even though I literally bought into the hype some time ago.. to the tune of those 380 dollars.. :()

hehe.. I know your iPod story. I tend to agree that iPod 'is' hyped. But so far it is 'the' best of portable mp3 players.
