While writing my previous post I was thinking about another aspect of the whole witness stuff. I have seen (in movies) that witnesses are required to take an oath with hand on GEETA. There are other holy books for all major religions and those books might be used for people of those religions.

What happens when an Atheist is called for a testimony? What is the 'holy' book that used for them? Gera might know the answer.
